These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of MG On the Go’s website, located at https://mgonthego.com.

By accessing this website or booking any service through MG on the Go, you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use this website if you do not agree to the policies stated below.

License and Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, MG On the Go and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on this website. All rights are reserved. You may access this site for your own personal use subject to the restrictions set forth in these Terms.

Business Services and Booking Terms

MG on the Go provides professional hospitality services including bartending, catering, and administrative restaurant support. All bookings made through this website, by email, or in writing are subject to the following terms:

Deposits and Payments

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date. This deposit is applied toward the total cost of your service. Final payment is due seven (7) days prior to your event unless otherwise agreed in writing. Deposits are non-transferable and non-refundable under any circumstance.

Cancellations and Refunds

If cancellation occurs more than 14 days before your event, any additional payments (beyond the deposit) may be refunded, minus costs already incurred. Cancellations within 14 days of the event are fully non-refundable.

Rescheduling

Event dates may be rescheduled, subject to availability, if requested in writing. Deposits transfer to the new date but remain non-refundable.

Alcohol and Guest Responsibility

MG Bartending staff are ABC-licensed and insured. The client is responsible for providing and monitoring all alcohol unless otherwise stated in writing. MG on the Go and its staff assume no responsibility for underage drinking, over-consumption, or any incident, illness, or injury related to alcohol service at the client’s event. Service may be refused to anyone appearing intoxicated or underage.

Food and Health Disclaimer

MG Catering takes precautions in food preparation but cannot guarantee dishes are allergen-free. Clients must inform MG on the Go of any allergies or restrictions prior to service. MG on the Go is not liable for illness, allergic reactions, or food-related issues that may occur after service.

Injury and Property Damage

MG on the Go, its employees, and subcontractors are not liable for injuries, accidents, or property damage occurring before, during, or after the event. The client accepts full responsibility for all guests and venue property during contracted service hours.

Equipment and Rentals

All rental equipment must be returned in the same condition received. Replacement or repair fees apply for lost or damaged items.

Weather or Force Majeure

If weather, natural disaster, illness, or other unforeseen events prevent MG on the Go from safely providing services, the client may reschedule within six (6) months, subject to availability. Deposits remain non-refundable but will be credited toward the rescheduled date.

Communication

All service changes, cancellations, or rescheduling must be submitted in writing to hello@mgonthego.com.

By submitting a booking form or deposit, the client acknowledges and agrees to all service terms, deposit conditions, and liability releases above.

Hyperlinking to our Content:

The following organizations may link to our Website without prior written approval:

• Government agencies;

• Search engines;

• News organizations;

• Online directory distributors may link to our Website in the same manner as they hyperlink to the Websites of other listed businesses; and

• System-wide Accredited Businesses except soliciting non-profit organizations, charity shopping malls, and charity fundraising groups which may not hyperlink to our Web site.

These organizations may link to our home page, to publications, or to other Website information so long as the link: (a) is not in any way deceptive; (b) does not falsely imply sponsorship, endorsement, or approval of the linking party and its products and/or services; and (c) fits within the context of the linking party's site.

We may consider and approve other link requests from the following types of organizations:

• Commonly-known consumer and/or business information sources;

• Dot.com community sites;

• Associations or other groups representing charities;

• Online directory distributors;

• Internet portals;

• Accounting, law, and consulting firms; and

We will approve link requests from these organizations if we decide that: (a) the link would not make us look unfavorably to ourselves or to our accredited businesses; (b) the organization does not have any negative records with us; (c) the benefit to us from the visibility of the hyperlink compensates the absence of MG On the Go; and (d) the link is in the context of general resource information.

These organizations may link to our home page so long as the link: (a) is not in any way deceptive; (b) does not falsely imply sponsorship, endorsement, or approval of the linking party and its products or services; and (c) fits within the context of the linking party's site.

If you are one of the organizations listed in paragraph 2 above and are interested in linking to our website, you must inform us by sending an e-mail to MG On the Go. Please include your name, your organization name, contact information as well as the URL of your site, a list of any URLs from which you intend to link to our Website, and a list of the URLs on our site to which you would like to link. Wait 2-3 weeks for a response.

Approved organizations may hyperlink to our Website as follows:

• By use of our corporate name; or

No use of MG On the Go's logo or other artwork will be allowed for linking absent a trademark license agreement.
